Feasibility Study and Property Valuation

Prior to put a property on the market using our services we require that a feasibility study is carried out.
This will highlight the state of the market and an approximate valuation of the property.

You may request a feasibility study even if you do not intend to use our services to sell.

The study will include the following:

  • Lowest and highest prices on recently sold similar properties in the area.
  • Estimated price range based on discussions with local estate agents and ideal price in order to achieve a sale.
  • Trends in the current local market.
  • The name and contact detail for a local estate agent (we generally contact up to four or more agencies in order to select the most appropriate).
  • Information on how and when to sell your property in the event where you have a tenant.
  • Potential problems/pitfalls we may have come across during our study.
  • General information on every step of a sale.
  • The various options open to you in order to sell efficiently, at the right price and in good time.
  • Information on each step of a property sale in France.
  • Advice on how to achieve a hassle-free sale.

Important note: The feasibility study including the valuation is mostly carried out by contacting local estate agents, studying recent similar sells on the internet, reviewing under what law / scheme your property may be ruled by etc. We do not visit the actual property to carry out the study, our valuation will be based on the information you will provide us. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire prior the study is started relating to the property. The valuation is therefore approximate. An official valuation will be provided by an estate agent at a later stage if you decide to sell your property.
