For property sellers, we offer a set of unique services that include: valuing the property you intend to sell; locating, screening and selecting an estate agent, as well as full legal assistance provided by an English-speaking, French lawyer who is a specialist in property transactions all over France. For you, the seller, this unique services means that you are dealing with one company only - and one that has the ability to communicate with you in English. Best of all, our services will not cost you any more
than going directly to an estate agent in France.
